What is the paper work I need to fill out?
We will request you to fill out 2 sheets of paper at your initial visit, one about your insurance, the other about your health and current concerns. We have purposefully tried to make these simple, short and to the point.
What laboratories do you work with?
We work with Castle Medical Center laboratory and pathology, Diagnostic laboratory Services (DLS) and Clinical Labs of Hawaii.
What hospitals do you work with?
We have privileges at Castle Medical Center in Kailua and perform our deliveries and surgeries there.
